Little bit on how we work.
As of right now we are a newer company, a two man operation, offering professional service just like the huge national chains only at a 30%-60% reduced price. We strive to give 100% satisfaction to our potential and current customers! To accomplish this we live by three basic rules:
- Pet Safety!
- Great Customer Service!
- Untouchable job performance!
When we come to your house to give an estimate it’s one of the two of us (or both of us) that show up to meet with you personally. We do not send out a sales representative that sits around for hours at a time to try and sell you a “package” deal. We meet with you to find out what your needs are, make suggestions on what might be best for what you need, answer questions, discuss pricing, and if anything make a new friend. If your concerned with how far we will come to give an estimate please contact us, we will pretty much travel just about anywhere in or around the Central Ohio area. Who we are.
Between the two of us, me (Jeremy Bradshaw co-owner) and the other co-owner (Jeremy Balsley) we have a combined twelve plus years of underground cable work (telephone, cable, and electric). We have now been the pet containment business since 2005, and we are growing (customer base) at a very rapid rate. The two of us have countless years of working with and training of dogs.
We started this company for many different reasons, but one of our main concerns is keeping people’s pets safe and allowing them to run free at the same time. Driving down the road and seeing a pet on a chain with a dog box, penned up (small chain link square area), or dead a long side of a road is very disturbing! Of course everybody works to make money, but this business brings a very high satisfaction feeling knowing that we are doing a good deed for a customer and their pet!
